This Privacy Policy describes how the GadJet Planogram Viewer (“the App”) uses and protects information when you sign in with Google or interact with the App.

1. Information We Access

When you sign in with Google, the App may access your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture) to identify authorized users. With your consent, the App also uses Google Sheets read-only access to retrieve planogram and product data from company-owned spreadsheets.

2. How We Use This Information

The accessed information is used only to verify your identity, confirm authorization, and display planogram layouts and pricing. The App does not modify or delete any Google Drive content.

3. Data Storage and Sharing

No personal data is stored on our servers. Your information is used temporarily while the App is open and is not shared with third parties.

4. Security

We use Google’s OAuth 2.0 authentication and HTTPS encryption to protect data in transit. We request the minimum scopes needed.

5. Data Deletion

The App does not retain personal data. You can revoke access any time in your Google Account settings. For removal of any server logs that might incidentally include your email, contact us below.
